Complex and intensive nose of kumquat, verbena, bergamot and citrus, which explodes a nice dried apricot flavour.  
Fresh and fleshy on the palate, pear and paprika with notes of citrus fruits and a nice unctuousness. 
A white wine with characters. To serve with appetizer, white meat, fish in sauce and cheese.
Service temperature: 10 to 12°C
