Costières de Nîmes
Deep red, purple. Nose of spices, black and red fruits. The concentrated and fruity attack recalls the same aromas as on the nose and also liquorice. Tasty and intense wine, soft tannins but present. Gourmand and powerful, it is a worthy representative red of the Rhone valley. Elegant and well-structured, with a final on the freshness of Cinsault.
To taste after some time of opening with meats and cheeses.
Serve at 16 to 18°C.
